It might be due to the holidays, shipping might be extremely slow/backed up. Plus, Udobuy is a Chinese company, so it will take longer. When I said I got my items fast. Fast to me (from China) is usually around 2-3 weeks (b/c I usually get Items from China from ebay after a month). But I am in the same boat as you, I got something from China from another site too a couple weeks ago and its been sitting in a processing warehouse of a shipping company for more than a week now and usually that shipping company ships pretty fast too. Did you get a tracking number? All I can say is keep tracking it and good luck!

So beyond frustrated with a certain company that has been giving me the runaround. If the issue isn’t resolved, there will be a vicious blog post. I don’t understand how they can continuously pulling shit out of their asses. I have all email correspondence as well as screen caps. If a company keeps treating paying customers or potential customers like this they aren’t going to exist in the long run. Go ahead and kiss the asses of the bloggers you sponsor and waste money giving them clothes so they can advertise your site. These bloggers can’t forever protect you from word getting around about your horrendous customer service and the ways you scam paying customers. Yes, b/c its totally alright to give customers 80% back of what they paid even though it was your fault the the item was out of stock. & This is why you should never trust a sponsored blogger. Do your research and take a look at a companies facebook first before making purchases. Most likely, if they haven’t already deleted negative comments (totally not cool), steer away from any company that has more than a handful of negative posts.
