Snail mail package and letter came from the uni roommate of three years. Truly blessed to have such a great friend.

The Coraline(s) I won from a Coachella style contest arrived today! Sadly, there was a mix up. I wanted the pair above, but was gifted with the black suede ones instead. But, its cool though. Since the shoes were free and are pretty much the same looking from the front. Only the gold metal detailing at the back is not included in the suede version. And I am actually giving these to my little sister to wear for her prom. Hopefully, they match her lilac dress.

Like stated on yesterday’s post, the package from Nastygal arrived yesterday. The package came in a standard cardboard box. Inside, every article was individually wrapped in a plastic bag. Below are some of the items I received. And by some, I meant not even half of what I didn’t even take a photo of. Nastygal was very generous with the amount they gave.

I thought it would be nice if I did a little review, since I was confused about what sz to get.

Tops

I didn’t really use the sizing chart for tops, since for tops I usually like it looser. Depending on the style of the top, I either stuck to my sz or sized up one for a looser fit.

Pants

I was afraid the pants wouldn’t fit. On their measuring chart they had XXS-L. I am usually a 24-25 in pants, mostly a 24. However, they did not have xxs(24) for any of the items. So, I had to go with an xs. I am so happy the xs fits. 

Dresses

I was unsure about what sz to get in dresses, since they only listed waist sz and general sizing, with true-to-size detail in their measuring chart. So, I used the models measurements (waist, weight, &height) and compared it to my own. All the models were wearing dresses in small, but since they were taller and weighed more than me, I decided to go with xs. I also checked to see, where the dress landed on the model. I didn’t want to pick xs and have it be really short. This method worked out great, as I got every dress in xs, except one in a small.
